Customer Representative/Project Coordinator

We are a company located in Racine WI. We are expanding and have full time first shift Customer Service/Project Coordinator opening to join our team!

The ideal candidate must be hands on and will assist coordinating the flow of our customers request in a timely manner between company and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve execution of production assignments.
• Follow and meet customer's schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet customers material standard.
• Review and distribute supplies and shipments in a timely manner.
• Follow production to determine progress of new project work and completion dates.
• Compile reports on production/costs and inventory levels.
• Compile efficiency on the specific project.
• Review and communicate production status reports.
• Meet with customers and production on Quality standards.
• Control Quality Per Blueprint once established by the customer.
• Assist in daily production scheduling.
• Serve as point of person and liaison between production and customer for new projects.

Skills Qualifications:

• Previous 4 to 5 years of experience in customer service, production/project, planning, or other related fields.
• Must have Strong project management skills.
• Able to read Blueprints is a must.
• must have a can-do attitude with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Computer Knowledge.
• Able to drive a forklift.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Earnings $70,000 to 77,000 Annually.... Based on experience.
