About the Opportunity
Anderson Podiatry Center is seeking a surgically trained podiatrist to join a well-established, multi-location private practice in Northern Colorado and the Denver metro area.
This is a role for a physician who values both clinical excellence and measurable performance, and who is open to mentorship within a structured, growth-oriented environment.
If you believe patients deserve to understand all appropriate treatment options, and you are comfortable working within a system that tracks outcomes and production, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for a physician who:
- Has at 3 or more years of experience (preferred)
- Is well-trained in basic podiatric surgical procedures
- Is open to learning and offering appropriate cash-based services (e.g., regenerative and laser therapies)
- Is comfortable reviewing performance metrics and improving production
- Has strong bedside manner and clear, professional communication
This role is best suited for someone who understands that patient engagement, diagnostics, follow-through, and comprehensive care drive both outcomes and growth.

- Established private practice with locations in Fort Collins and Broomfield
- Strong referral network across Northern Colorado and the Denver metro area
- Large and active patient base
- In-office digital X-ray and ultrasound
- Regenerative, laser and advanced treatment offerings
- Dedicated adjacent Podiatric ambulatory surgery center with specially trained nursing staff and efficient scheduling

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive combined base salary + bonus structure totaling between $200,000-$300,000
