Truss Assembler

Truss Assembly – 2nd Shift ️

We are currently hiring for Truss Assembly on 2nd shift.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to production specifications
• Read and follow work orders and measurements accurately
• Use hand tools, nail guns, and other assembly equipment safely
• Work with lumber materials during the assembly process
• Inspect materials for quality before and during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous production, assembly, or lumber experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
