Production Data Coordinator (Line Sheets & ERP)

We are a fast-paced multi-brand activewear company producing hundreds of new styles each season across multiple retail and ecommerce channels. Our Design and Production teams collaborate closely, and accurate, timely product data is essential to keeping collections moving through the pipeline.

We are seeking a Production Data Coordinator to support our design and production teams by handling line sheet updates, ERP data entry, file exports, and document organization. This role ensures that product information is accurate, up to date, and distributed across the company efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain production line sheets based on information from the Production team
• Organize and archive line sheet files by delivery and season
• Release finalized production line sheets to internal teams
• Apply order-related updates to line sheets as needed
• Export CADs as JPEGs and upload images into our AMT ERP system
• Assign NRF codes and accurately enter product data into AMT
• Maintain consistent naming conventions and file structure integrity
• Assist with other product data or documentation tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with repetitive tasks
• Experience in data entry, production coordination, or administrative support
• Comfort working with shared drives and structured file organization systems
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools (exporting files only, not design work)
• Experience with ERP systems a plus (AMT experience ideal but not required)
• Ability to work on-site full-time in New York
