Residential Care Assistant

We are looking to hire someone immediately!! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated residential care assistant to join our team. Your role will involve providing support and care to residents in a caring and thoughtful manner, helping them to live as independently as possible. You will be working in a vibrant and welcoming environment, with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

· Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and dressing.

· Assessing the needs and abilities of residents and developing care plans accordingly.

· Ensuring the safety and welfare of residents by monitoring their health and wellbeing.

· Handling inquiries from visitors, families, and healthcare professionals.

· Assisting with housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.

· Supporting residents with medication administration.

· Working collaboratively with your team to provide the best care possible for our residents.

· No Experience Required!!!
