Elite Comfort Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregivers to join our growing team. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing quality, respectful, and person-centered care to clients in their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (as authorized)
• Assist with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
• Accurately document services performed, including hourly task documentation and EVV compliance
• Maintain weekly visitor logs and follow all agency and Medicaid/FSSA requirements
• Clock in and out on time for scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right candidate)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
• Ability to pass background check and other state-required screenings
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
