Roofers - Experienced Commercial Roofing Specialists

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work with various roof systems including: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit, BUR, and roof coatings

· Install various types of roof insulation, including: Poly-Iso, Crickets, Dens Deck, Fesco, Perlite, etc.

· Remove old roofs

· Install insulation, felts bitumens and perform repairs

· Apply roof coatings

· Erect rigging

· Perform related work as required

Requirements:

· Current Texas driver’s license a plus

· Must be able to work overtime or out of town as needed

· Must have personal tools including: hammer, chalk line, utility knife, pouch, tape measure, pliers, etc.

· High level of motivation is a must

Physical Requirements:

· Lift up to 50 pounds

· Climb ladders

· Withstand extreme heat for extended periods of time

Must pass drug test and physical and background check

Ability to obtain access to military bases is preferred
