Sleep Technician Assistants

Position Overview

Supports the Polysomnography Technologist at three locations, Blaine, Plymouth, and St. Paul MN by preparing patients for polysomnographic studies and performing other tasks that are necessary for patients’ comfort and safety while the patient is being evaluated in the Sleep Center laboratory. Support sleep laboratory staff by performing sleep medicine technology distribution and downloads and communicating with patient and DME vendors. Perform limited maintenance and support duty tasks.

Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour depending upon experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Additional work experience in a patient contact and health-care area is desirable.
• Requires the ability to adhere to policies and procedures and demonstrates commitment to task.
• Must be an effective team member.
• Mut have god human relation and communication skills.
• Establish and maintain Basic Life Support certification is required.
