9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shop Operator
The Warehouse Operator should possess good organizational and communication skills. The Warehouse Operator should feel comfortable splitting their time between front-office and back-office duties as outlined below.
Responsibilities:
General Front Office Duties
- Check Mail Daily
- Take out Trash
- Clean Dishes
General Shop Duties
- Drain water from air-tank
- Empty recycling
Shipping:
- Shipping & Receiving Packages & Manufactured Materials
- Shipping expense reconciliation
Production (Back-office duties):
- Assist with Digital Production
- Assist with Offset Production
- Assist with Wide Format Production
- Assist with Grand Format Production
- Assist with Direct to Garment (DTG)
- Assist with Embroidery
- Assist with Manufacturing
- Printing
- Cutting
- Finishing
- Etc
- Assist with Order Entry (if needed)
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Moving and stacking paper
- Drive mailing trays to DHS post office
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications or the ability to learn
- Proven experience in Brand Management, or in other sales/customer service role
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate about finding technological and data-driven solutions
- The ability to lift and move heavy objects
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certified
- Clean driving record
