What You’ll Do

As a Line Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling high-quality menu items such as burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and salads with accuracy and care.
• Providing friendly interactions and efficient service to every customer.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation, including food prep areas and equipment.
• Stocking station for service and assisting prep cooks/managers with ensuring back-up menu items are prepped.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure top-notch quality.
• Working collaboratively with the team and willing to do other jobs around the restaurant to keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and detail-oriented.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.
• While experience isn't necessary, we do prefer at least 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service role.
