Press Operation

We are seeking Flexo Press Assistants to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. This role supports press operations by ensuring materials are loaded correctly, quality standards are met, and equipment is supplied efficiently.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (Monday–Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–Midnight (Monday–Thursday)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Load and supply press equipment with raw materials
• Inspect materials for defects (splices, breaks, roll damage)
• Assist press operators as needed
• Perform testing to meet customer specifications
• Enter production data into APEX system
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks
• Store and manage materials in racking systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift or PIT experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read manuals and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing and walking
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, reaching as required
