Responsibilities
Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Manage team scheduling, performance, and training
Build strong client relationships and respond to needs
Requirements
Supervisory/leadership experience (janitorial/custodial a plus)
Valid Michigan driver’s license
Strong communication and people management skills
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Must pass drug screen, background check, and references
