Job Description
One of the largest apartment communities in Southwest Houston is searching for a Full-time Leasing Consultant to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a reliable team-oriented agent who is professional, hardworking and possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Leasing Consultants help prospective clients through the process of becoming a resident from the first contact to the move in. A few of the daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Introducing and selling our community to prospective residents,
- Touring our apartments with prospects,
- Following up on potential leads,
- Processing applications in a timely manner and preparing all the paperwork required prior to move in,
- Inspecting apartments and taking appropriate action to prepare them for leasing,
- Preparing and signing the new lease agreements and renewals, etc.

Other Skills/Specialized Knowledge required
- Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule (including week-ends) is required.
- Strong customer service skills and sales mentality,
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
- Detailed oriented and organized,
- Ability to multi-task and to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management,
- Demonstrate initiative and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance,
- Project a professional image and demeanor.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish (Preferred)
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent,
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience, preferred,
- Apartment leasing experience is a plus.
Other Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle and Car Insurance are a MUST. Our agents drive inside and outside of the property in a daily-basis.
