Job Description
We are looking for energetic, friendly drivers who exhibit great customer service skills. Do you have what it takes to share Philadelphia with those who want to see it? Can you bring out the best and the fun in people? If so, we are looking for you. Philadelphia Trolley Works and Big Bus Tours drivers wear executive attire with company logo apparel, conduct pre and post trips on vehicles, assist all customers on and off vehicles, (ADA, lifts, ramps, and secure techniques to insure comfort and safety). Drive safely and within city MPH guidelines. Drivers must have USDOT medical exam and card and the ability, without limitations to climb steps and perform safety inspections on their vehicle. Philadelphia Trolley Works CDL employees are regulated by and must comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. CDL employees are subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in compliance with USDOT-FMCSR. If you like people then we like you. Philadelphia Trolley Works/The Big Bus Company is Philadelphia’s largest provider of Sightseeing Tours and Specialty Transportation in the Philadelphia region. The company has grown to become an extremely diverse tour operator and transportation specialist. The corporate office is located just south of University City on an 11 acre complex, which includes a 4 acre lot housing a fleet of over 70 vehicles. A 60,000 square foot office accommodates the sales, dispatch, maintenance, and accounting teams.
