About the Role
US Home Pro is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Communications Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants their income to reflect their effort.
In this role, you’ll connect with Home Depot customers in-store, generate leads for our home improvement services, and help turn everyday conversations into real sales opportunities. If you’re outgoing, goal-driven, and ready to grow, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate services
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete product/service information
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow established communication guidelines and policies to ensure service consistency
- Proactively engage customers and secure sales opportunities
- Participate in weekend promotional events and giveaways (coffee, donuts, hot dogs, ice cream, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
