Job DescriptionCompany Description
KellyConnect is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to support JJV. We are currently looking for candidates who are fluent in French-Canadian/English or Spanish/English. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, place orders, resolve inquiries, and provide a high level of customer care while maintaining quality standards. You will also document customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders from U.S. and Canada customers into the order entry system while following established customer service procedures and departmental standards
- Actively listen, problem-solve, and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Serve as a key link between customers and internal departments including Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution
- Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and feedback using the appropriate systems and resources
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to support issue resolution
- Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures while supporting department objectives
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and French required, with French-Canadian strongly preferred, or bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment within the last 5 years
- 10-key and data entry by touch with 40+ WPM preferred
- Medical device experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer resolution skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain collaborative relationships
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
