KellyConnect is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to support JJV. We are currently looking for candidates who are fluent in French-Canadian/English or Spanish/English. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, place orders, resolve inquiries, and provide a high level of customer care while maintaining quality standards. You will also document customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders from U.S. and Canada customers into the order entry system while following established customer service procedures and departmental standards
  • Actively listen, problem-solve, and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Serve as a key link between customers and internal departments including Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution
  • Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and feedback using the appropriate systems and resources
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to support issue resolution
  • Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures while supporting department objectives

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French required, with French-Canadian strongly preferred, or bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment within the last 5 years
  • 10-key and data entry by touch with 40+ WPM preferred
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer resolution skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
