Lab Technician - Hands-On Manufacturing (Training Provided)

DynaFlex is hiring Lab Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create custom oral devices used for orthodontics and sleep apnea treatment.

No dental experience? No problem!  We provide full training. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in precision, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assemble and build custom oral devices using detailed instructions
• Perform hands-on tasks such as trimming, polishing, forming, and finishing products
• Inspect your work to ensure high quality standards
• Follow step-by-step work orders and production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong reliability and attendance

Preferred (not required):

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Dental lab or orthodontic experience
• Artistic, crafting, or detail-oriented hobbies

PAY & BENEFITS

• $16–$18/hour starting pay (based on experience)
