As an Agent Team Member, you’ll build and develop customer relationships within the community, promoting State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

What You’ll Do:
Establish and follow up on customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service — answer inquiries about insurance options, claims, billing, and more
Educate customers using a needs-based review process
Help meet marketing goals and develop leads
Schedule appointments and market appropriate products
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success

Requirements:
Successful sales track record preferred
Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products
People-oriented and self-motivated
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Comfortable making presentations
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to learn computer functions
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
Bilingual skills a plus!
