Line Cook

Position Summary

We are looking for 2 reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our team immediately. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly during both steady and high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team and front of house
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Ensure food quality and consistency at all times

Requirements

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong work ethic and reliability is a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
