FULL TIME AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
SUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to be the starting point for all job entries into the company database.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Transfer data from mechanical plans in PDF formats into company databases for HVAC projects (training provided)
· Customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience with data entry- accuracy and speed is very critical
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Fast typing skills (ability to use a dual screen set up)
· Other skills required: High attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Team player
· High School Diploma or GED
