In this role, you will operate test vehicles in real‐world environments, gather essential data, and help refine advanced mobility systems.

Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM):

Afternoon/Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM):

- Wed–Sun
- Thu–Mon
- Fri–Tue
- Sat–Wed
- Sun–Thu
What You’ll Do
- Drive test vehicles 4–8 hours per day on predefined routes while following strict safety protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and identify maintenance needs.
- Operate basic software tools and command‐line interfaces to support real‐time data collection.
- Document observations, anomalies, and system behaviors with accuracy and clarity.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering teams to support system improvements.
- Assist with vehicle logistics, including movement, storage, and coordination for maintenance.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for daily operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience driving for extended periods and are comfortable operating vehicles for several hours at a time.
- Bring prior experience in autonomous vehicle testing or data collection (preferred but not required).
- Understand the basics of autonomous vehicle systems and their operational environments.
- Are highly observant, safety‐focused, and detail‐oriented.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with cross‐functional teams.
- Are comfortable using Linux or command‐line tools, or are eager to learn.
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently within the assigned shift schedule.
Required Skills
- Strong driving experience and comfort with long-duration driving.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in varied conditions.
- Familiarity with Linux/command line interfaces.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and document findings clearly.
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
