We are hiring a Business Operations & Growth Associate for recent graduates who want to build a career in healthcare staffing by first learning how the engine runs.
What You’ll Learn by Doing
You will gain hands-on exposure to:
- Reviewing physician CVs for timeline accuracy and employment gaps
- Completing hospital and government applications
- Supporting credentialing and compliance workflows
- Maintaining CRM data integrity
- Tracking submissions and documentation milestones
- Understanding how operational precision directly impacts revenue and placements
These tasks may seem small — but they are the building blocks of becoming a full-scale producer in healthcare staffing.
