Responsibilities
- Perform residential inspections at a high professional standard
- Deliver clear, thorough, and timely reports
- Communicate findings calmly and confidently
- Maintain 5-star customer experience
- Represent the Mahogany brand at a high level

Requirements
- Active NC Home Inspector License
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presence
- Reliable transportation
- Tech proficiency (Spectora experience preferred, but not required)
- Ability to handle multiple inspections per week
