As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Light/Medium Duty Tow Operator to join our team and assist in providing top-notch towing services.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Light/Medium Duty Tow Operator to join our team and assist in providing top-notch towing services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to the scene of an accident or vehicle breakdown promptly.
- Connect the damaged vehicle to the tow truck safely and securely.
- Tow the vehicle to a service station or junkyard, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain the tow truck and equipment in good working condition.
- Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates on service status.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating the tow truck.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any incidents encountered.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 25 years old.
- Must currently have a valid TDLR license or be able to obtain one.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test prior to employment.
- Experience in transportation is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Clean driving record with no tickets or accidents in the past 5 years.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
