Excavation Laborer

We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role supports excavation, utility, and pipe crew operations on active job sites.

Duties include:

• Assisting with excavation, grading, and site preparation
• Supporting pipe crew with trenching, bedding, pipe placement, and backfill
• Setting pipe, checking grade, and assisting with connections
• Loading/unloading materials, tools, and pipe
• Assisting equipment operators and foremen
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Construction or pipe crew experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver’s license a plus
