Looking for a Line Cook,Prep Cook and Dishwasher

We are looking for experienced Full or Part- time Service Prep CooK

• 2 to 5 years’ experience on a fast paced line, working all stations
• Ability to execute prep flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
• minor cleaning
• ability to work weekends and holidays

We are looking for experienced Full or Part-Time Dishwasher

• WE are willing to train but prefer someone with some experience
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Be a team player and willing to help in other duties as needed

Skills:

• Proven experience as prep cook
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Skills as a dishwasher are Safety and have a positive attitude

Education:

Preferred- high school or better, or culinary degree but not required (not required for position of dishwasher)

License / Certificates:

Food handlers card

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (suggested but not required)
• restaurant: 2 years (preferred but will be flexible)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred but not required)

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Sunday
• Weekends required
• Holidays required ( We close Thanksgiving Day, Christmas eve, Christmas Day and New years eve )
