Job Description
SUMMARY
Provide customer service, sales and technical product support by providing and receiving information to and from customers via phone, email, and mail to ensure every Augusta Medical Systems customer has access to a high level of service that exceeds expectations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to.
Understand all processes and all parts of the QMS and applies to documented information both required by ISO 13485:201, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and determined by the organization as being necessary for the effectiveness of the QMS system as it relates to the work, they perform that affects quality and safety.
Responsible for taking orders from customers, determining customer requirements, and reviewing the orders for acceptance by coordinating with other departments to ensure the most expeditious handling of customer orders.
Maintain a working knowledge of all company products/services and provide technical support to users for SomaTherapy-ED products
Receive and document customer complaints and refer to Quality Manager for investigation.
Maintain accurate daily records of all calls, orders, activities, and scheduled activities by properly documenting in Goldmine CRM Database or other forms.
Initiate professional sales and new sales initiatives using information systems.
Receive Information from customer and document RGA’s for warranty replacements.
Be familiar with and adhere to all company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
Perform job duties in a positive, pleasant manner that fosters a friendly, supportive
working environment and conducts self in a manner that establishes and maintains
harmonious, productive relationships with coworkers, superiors, and customers.
