Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Foundry Operator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with foundry operations, including molding, pouring, and finishing processes
  • Operate and monitor foundry equipment under supervision
  • Handle raw materials and finished products
  • Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned
  • Support production goals and maintain quality standards

 

Qualifications:

  • No prior foundry experience required – training will be provided
  • Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

 

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Overtime required based on production needs
  • We offer a generous compensation package, which includes: Competitive hourly wage up to $22.00p/h, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing. Fast paced. Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
