Job Description
Schedule Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Location: On-site
$20 - $22 per hour. (Pay Structure per hour varies depending on experience)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Office Support
Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
Manage emails and communication follow-ups
File documents and organize records
Support USDA documentation and compliance paperwork
Accounting & Financial Support (QuickBooks)
Assist with QuickBooks data entry
Handle basic A/P and A/R tracking
Help organize invoices and payments
Maintain simple financial records
Costing & Inventory Support
Track product costs and ingredient pricing
Maintain master cost sheets
Calculate cost per unit (meals per oz, portions)
Support purchasing and supply tracking
Sales & Marketing Support
Manage Facebook and basic social media posting
Assist with email campaigns and blasts
Cold calling to potential clients
Generate and organize sales leads
REQUIRED SKILLSOrganized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
Basic QuickBooks experience (or willingness to learn)
Good phone and communication skills
Reliable and proactive
Able to multitask
Bonus (Not required):
Experience with food businesses
Sales or customer service experience with clientele
Bilingual English/Spanish
