The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Line Cook to join our dedicated culinary team. You'll be an integral part of preparing high-quality, delicious dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring readiness for service.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to all food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• A passion for food and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and frying.
