On-Site Lifestyle Director / Activities Director

Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly person to work on-site at a developing age-restricted Community Association located in Haymarket, Virginia. The Lifestyle Director / Activities Director will play a key role in maintaining a full social calendar, a thriving social atmosphere and a sense of community. Responsibilities will include:

• Welcome new residents
• Engage with residents to support their lifestyle
• Create, coordinate, maintain and promote the social calendar for clubs, classes and events
• Organize, assist with set-up and attend social and community events
• Perform a variety of administrative functions
• Develop the monthly calendar/newsletter/magazine content and coordinate advertisements

Candidates must have professional oral and written communication skills! This is a fulltime position, Tuesday through Saturday. Industry credentials (CAI) and/or a bachelor's degree are a plus, but lifestyle experience is paramount.
