Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate project requirements.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems in the field.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Document work performed and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in field operations or a related role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
