Help new customers onboard by providing basic training on warehouse services and support, working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition.
Assist in monitoring third-party logistics providers, transportation services, and suppliers to ensure on-time and quality service.
Work with the accounts team to help manage billing and financial reporting, ensuring accurate transactions and timely invoicing to foster positive customer relationships.
Process daily Less-than-Truckload (LTL) orders by coordinating with multiple carriers. Compare pricing and service options to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy, with careful attention to detail in order processing.
Communicate proactively with customers and warehouses to address issues such as missed LTL pickups, delays, or service disruptions, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help maintain and update CRM systems, supporting customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
