Restoration Technician - Water & Mold Mitigation

What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll help customers get back to normal after property damage by performing hands-on restoration and mitigation work.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and cleanup services

• Set up and monitor drying/dehumidification equipment

• Inspect and document job progress using company software (DASH)

• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition

• Deliver excellent customer service on every project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of restoration, construction, or related experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and on a team

• Professional communication and organization

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• IICRC certifications a plus (we provide training if you’re new to the industry)
