Molding Operator

Operate molding presses and remove nasal hoods from molds

1. Inspect molded products to ensure they meet quality standards
2. Record daily production numbers and maintain accurate logs
3. Complete Molding Traveler documentation and enter totals into the system
4. Respond to machine alarms and perform minor troubleshooting
5. Assist with press start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
6. Follow work orders for material mixing and barrel preparation
7. Weigh materials using a scale and transfer into designated totes
8. Label products accurately with correct lot information
9. Notify warehouse when totes are ready for verification and storage
10. Perform line clearance and clean workstations at the end of each order
11. Maintain housekeeping standards and follow 5S practices
12. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), QA work instructions (WI), and SOPs
13. Other details:

• Lift up to 50 lbs

1. Frequently lift and move boxes or bins weighing up to 30 lbs
2. Push, pull, and maneuver material barrels using a dolly
3. Stand for extended periods
4. Sweep and mop work areas as needed
