Seeking a strong internal medicine physician leader for a Medical Director role:

Overview:

• $350k base + incentive opportunities
• Senior leadership role with annual leadership development opportunities
• 60/40 - clinical/administrative mix
• No overnight call
• CME, licensing, malpractice, computer, credentialing paid for
• Signing bonus: $20k

Requirements:

• Inpatient medicine experience - 2+ years
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Growth mindset oriented
• Comfortable supervising midlevel practitioners
