Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is vital in helping seniors and those with disabilities maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with catheter care and other medical needs as required.
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health is maintained.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking according to dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe living environment.
• Document care provided and reported any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or errands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field, such as nursing home or home care settings, is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical documentation practices is beneficial.
• Ability to perform catheter care and monitor vital signs effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to client interaction.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Certification in CPR or first aid is mandatory.
• Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
