Job Description
Commercial Loan Admin will work closely with commercial portfolio managers to assist in commercial property loan workouts, foreclosure, litigation, ORE, and file maintenance. Applicants should be familiar with commercial real estate loan documents, financial statements, ORE, and maintaining a commercial credit/loan file. The Specialist will also be responsible for organizing commercial property loan files for internal, external, & regulatory audits. A minimum of 3 years’ of commercial loan knowledge is required. Ability to work without supervision is essential.
