About the role

We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to support a growing team in the San Antonio area. This role includes admissions, recertifications and routine/respite visits. Flexible shifts and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient admissions, recertifications, and routine/respite visits

• Coordinate with facility staff and clinical teams

• Maintain accurate patient and contact records in the database

• Communicate professionally with patients and families

Qualifications

• RN license (active)

• Minimum 2 years hospice clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Comfortable with phone outreach and digital record keeping
