Job Overview:
Nanu’s Hot Chicken is looking for a reliable and motivated Team Member / Leader to join our team. This role combines customer service with leadership responsibilities to help ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll represent the brand while supporting the team and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Take orders accurately and handle cash/card transactions
• Support and lead team members during shifts
• Help manage daily operations and maintain efficient workflow
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Help monitor inventory and restock as needed
• Follow food safety and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Basic math and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
