Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a Sales And Marketing Representative to join our team!

Position will be 16-24 hours per week. Based on event schedules and work flow a few hours per week may be done remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Grow rental revenue with new and existing guests
• Attend Events and Monthly meetings with Visitors Bureau
• Create and distribute marketing materials to potential groups
• Give tours of property and prepare quotes for potential groups
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Update social media accounts and follow up on online customer reviews
• Organize client correspondence and paperwork

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
