Full Charge Bookkeeper

Growing LOCAL CPA firm is seeking full charge bookkeepers to work in fantastic culture and work environment. You will be responsible for multiple -bookkeeping clients with great staff support. Our staff is largely working in our office but we are open to a hybrid work model.

Your work schedule can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

You will be responsible for the following among other duties:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Record and pay accounts payable.
• Issue invoices to and collect from customers.
• Calculate pay and issue payments to employees.
• Create financial statements and related financial reports.
• Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes.
• Account for fixed assets.
• Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts.

Your actual duties will depend on the specific clients to which you are assigned. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
