About the Role:
Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Graveyard Pharmacy Technician, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care during the overnight hours. Schedule:

• PM hours and overnight.
• Shift differential applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently for skilled nursing facilities.
• Verify prescription orders and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and patient information.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new pharmacy staff.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems for efficient workflow management.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to optimize medication therapy management.

Requirements:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in California.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and medication dispensing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
