Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bridge inspection teams to assess structural conditions and safety compliance.
• Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of bridges, documenting findings accurately.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide actionable recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to discuss inspection results and next steps.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors on best practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding bridge safety.
• Utilize advanced inspection technologies and methods to enhance data collection.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge inspection or structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of bridge inspection standards (e.g., NBI, NBIS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in inspection software and data analysis tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
