Job Title: Production Floor Coordinator
Schedule: 1st shift

Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hr DOE
Job Summary:
The Production Floor Coordinator supports daily operations on the production floor by organizing schedules, tracking progress, maintaining inventory, and assisting with employee training. This role ensures that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality and delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work schedules and shift coverage for production staff.
Track daily production output, efficiency, and downtime.
Maintain inventory of materials and finished products.
Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating properly.
Support process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel/Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
