We are currently seeking two Straightener Operators to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for straightening metal bars using a hydraulic press and ensuring product accuracy through precise measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Straighten metal bars using a hydraulic press
- Measure and verify straightness using a dial indicator
- Accurately read and interpret dial indicator measurements
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
- Work efficiently in a production environment
Qualifications:
- Experience using a dial indicator is required
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude
- Manufacturing or metalworking experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
