• Locations: Portage, IN
• Position: Pediatrician (Urgent Care)
• Schedule:
  • Part-Time - 8 Shifts per month
• Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm
• Procedures: Typical Urgent Care (Pediatrics only)
• EMR: Docutap
• Rate: $156 per hour
• Benefits: None
• Requirements:
  • Must be board certified in Pediatrics
  • Must be licensed in IN and willing to get Licensed in IL
  • Must have 2 years of experience
  • Must be able to perform Urgent Care procedures
