Pediatrician needed for Outpatient role - Tallahassee, FL

HealthPlus Staffing is conducting a search for a Pediatrician on behalf of a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity with an immediate need, offering a stable schedule and strong work-life balance.

Position Overview

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, community-driven, and interested in delivering high-quality care within a mission-based organization.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time position

• Monday–Friday schedule

• 100% outpatient practice

• No weekends

• No inpatient or call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary starting at $185,000 for new graduates

• Up to $210,000 for experienced candidates

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
