Residential Counselor PRN

Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Residential Counselors to provide as-needed coverage in our behavioral health residential facility. This role supports residents by maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment across various shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residents in daily routines and activities
  
  
• Maintain a safe and structured residential environment
  
  
• Observe and document resident behavior
  
  
• Communicate concerns to clinical staff
  
  
• Complete required documentation and shift reports
  
  
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Must work at least one 8hr shift monthly
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements
