Job Purpose:
To effectively and efficiently maintain a high level of organization within the branch office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Schedule routes.
2. Generate daily route sheets
3. Coordinate, scheduling and mailing renewal notices.
4. Answer phones.
5. Enter all new customers into the computer.
6. Update inventory weekly & distribute technician stock daily
7. Initiate and maintain customer-care programs which include telephone surveys and follow up on extra services
8. Update and maintain office manuals & client IPM binders
9. Assist Management in special projects as necessary.
10.Communicate with technicians and sales staff of any changes to their schedules and/or work
11 Maintain company social media platforms
12 Learn about the industry and the services provided by completing an introductory training program

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good written, verbal, follow up and telephone communication skills.
2. Abilities to communicate professionally & efficiently
3. Excellent human-relations skills- a sense of humor a quick smile and a thick skin.
4. Basic skills in reading, writing, and math
5. Must remain open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of the branch office.
6 Knowledge of social media platforms and ways to keep the business relevant within the community
7 Reliable with good time management skills
